19 Weeks and she is really starting to show now. There is no doubt there is more than just a big dinner in there! She has come to the realization that she must now where maternity clothes. Although she is still not too happy about it. She was very excited to feel the baby move for the first time on Sunday March 1st. Chris can't wait to feel it. Hopefully within the next month he will be able to enjoy it as well. They have chosen Tyson Mathew or (Matthew) they haven't decided how they want to spell the middle name yet. We can call him Ty or Tyson, either one is fine with them. I just can't wait to call him that while he is in my arms! Can you tell Grandma is excited too! Jamie is feeling much better now. She is still craving Jalapenos! They are still trying to decide how to decorate the nursery. If Chris has his way it will be motorcycles. We shall see!

It's A Boy!!!
Today is Jamie's 3rd Dr's Appt. Everything is progressing well. As the title says we now know that little baby Tyson is growing in there! He is healthy, has all his little toes and fingers, holes where there are supposed to be and none where there shouldn't be! He weighs 10 oz's and his heart beat is 143 BPM at the time of the exam. He gave us a little wave then decided enough was enough and turned over. In the 3D shot that is him with his right fist up by his mouth. It's kinda obvious what the other picture with the arrow is of! Mom and Dad are extremely happy and Dad can't stop making motorcycle sounds to her belly! Whatever happened to nice relaxing music or nursery rhymes!

Unexpected Blizzard!
Wow! Is this spring or Winter. I took Daryl to the airport at 6 am without a hint of snow, came home and took a couple hour nap. When I woke up it was a winter wonderland outside. By that evening most of the snow was gone. Much to the disappointment of little Barry! I have to say I really do love living where you can wake up to this and yet not have to shovel just to be able to go to the store.

Happy Birthday Margie and James!!!
Today I turned 50 years old. This is a milestone birthday for most. For me it became just another day. As we get older our birthdays seem less important to us. Well all that changed for me today. My Birthday became a very important and happy day. My neice, Denise, gave me a wonderful Birthday present. She made me a Grand Aunt! My handsome and precious Grand Nephew made his appearence today! Almost 50 years to the minute from when I made mine. This is the second time Denise has made me an aunt. She was my first neice 30 years ago! Today I happily relinquish all recognition of any future birthdays to my Beautiful little Grand Nephew, James Henry Lindsay IV. I'm just happy the rule isn't out with the old and in with the new! Mom, Dad, and Little Man are all doing well and adjusting with the help of Dawn, Dave and Jean! (Grand Parents) I hope to be lucky enough to make a trip out to help with him in May.

Dr. Seuss' Birthday
Celebrating the 100th anniversary of Dr. Seuss' Birthday!
Theodore Seuss Geisel. Would have been 105 Years old.
Born in Springfield, Massachusetts, Theodore Geisel, who would become known as Dr. Seuss, studied at the Dartmouth College. After his graduation in 1925, he began his weekly 'Birdsies and Beasties' page in Judge magazine. Using the penname of Dr. Seuss, his name soon appeared on gags and strips inside the magazine and on covers. Later on, he also drew for Life, Vanity Fair and Liberty. He was the creator of the shortlived newspaper strip 'Hejji' in 1935. In the 1940s, he drew political cartoons for the PM newspaper in New York, and embarked on a career in animation.
As the president and publisher of Beginners Books, Dr Seuss changed the nature of children's books in the 1950s and later with the 'Cat in the Hat' series. He published over 40 children's books, full with imaginative characters and frequent use of rhymed prose. Besides 'Cat in the Hat', famous books by Dr. Seuss are 'Green Eggs and Ham' and 'One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish'. "Lambiek.net"
